BB Distro is committed to making our website usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, and we treat accessibility as an ongoing effort.
What We've Done
- Semantic page structure with headings, landmarks, and a “Skip to main content” link.
- Full keyboard access to navigation, the product categories, the coverage map, and forms, with visible focus indicators.
- Text and interface colors checked against WCAG AA contrast requirements.
- Descriptive text alternatives for meaningful images.
- Labeled form fields with clear required-field indicators.
- A “Pause animations” control in the footer, and automatic reduction of motion for visitors who enable reduced motion in their device settings.
- Pages that support browser zoom and reflow on small screens.
Known Limitations
- The wholesale account form and chat widget are provided by third parties. We have asked our providers about accessibility, but we do not fully control their content.
- The downloadable Retail Account Application (PDF) may not be fully accessible to all assistive technologies. We will gladly provide it in another format or take your application by phone.
