BB Distro is a business-to-business wholesale distributor. We sell only to licensed retailers and businesses purchasing for resale, and we do not sell to consumers. This page summarizes the compliance commitments that apply to our products and customers.
Tobacco 21
Federal law prohibits the sale of tobacco and nicotine products, including e-cigarettes and other electronic nicotine delivery systems (ENDS), to anyone under 21 years of age. This website is intended only for individuals 21 or older, and our retail customers must verify the age of every purchaser.

California Proposition 65

PACT Act and Shipping
ENDS products are subject to the Prevent All Cigarette Trafficking (PACT) Act. BB Distro is committed to complying with the PACT Act and applicable state shipping, registration, and reporting requirements for the products we deliver.
Customer Verification
Before opening a wholesale account we require documentation such as a business or retail license, a state resale / sales tax certificate, and government-issued photo ID for the owner or authorized signer. We may request updated documentation at any time.
State and Local Restrictions
Many states and localities restrict the sale of certain products — for example, flavor restrictions, product registries or directories, licensing requirements, and rules for hemp-derived products. We do not knowingly ship products into jurisdictions where their sale is prohibited. Retailers are responsible for knowing and following the laws in their own jurisdiction.
Product Documentation
Where applicable, we work with brands that provide certificates of analysis (COAs), lab testing, and regulatory status documentation. Licensed customers may request available documentation for any product we carry.
